SRT & Listening Session Cancellation Policy
• If you request a refund within 1-5 days before the scheduled session, a processing fee of US$20 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For example, if your appointment is on 7/20, and you request a refund after 7/15, a processing fee of US$20 will be deducted.
• If you request a refund on the day of the session or are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the paid fee will not be refunded. However, you can convert the reserved fee into a store credit, which will be valid for 3 months from the original paid date. If this period is exceeded, you will be deemed to have forfeited this benefit, and the paid fee will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery arrival. If you need to exchange it for a similar/same item, please e-mail us within three (3) days of the date of delivery with photos of the shipping box, packaging, and broken item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
All packages are insured for the amount paid. If your package arrives with a broken item, please e-mail us within three (3) days of the date of delivery with photos of the shipping box, packaging, and broken item(s). You will receive a claim only if photos are e-mailed immediately.
